The Robert Case Shield and Tankard is an annual fun event, once again well supported by Club members, writes Mike Taylor.
Players strive to gain points by completing a variety of Association Croquet tasks.
The Shield competition was won by David Temple ahead of Philip Harris and David Clarke.
In the Tankard competition (where players’ handicaps are added to their scores) the winner was Roger Mills ahead of Diana Davenport and John Coombes.
Roger is a newcomer who is quickly taking to the game.
